What area does TLRDFW serve?
Texas Lawn Ranger DFW serves mostly the Southwest Region of DFW. Main service areas include Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Midlothian, Venus, Mansfield, Grand Prairie & Ovilla.
What is your payment policy?
Payments are due the same day service is completed.
Payments made the day after service is completed is subject to a $5 late fee.
We value our customers and we understand life's seasons. If you need to make changes due to financial difficulties, we would be happy to discuss payment arrangements on an individual basis.
Services will be discontinued if your account has an unpaid balance. Once balance is paid, we can discuss reinstating services.
What is your process for bids and scheduling?
For Standard Lawn Care Services
We will schedule a time to come and see the property needing our services
The bid is determined by several factors such as size of area, scope of services needed, frequency of service, labor costs, equipment/materials and location/travel costs.
If you agree to the bid you will then be scheduled and added to our service rotations.
We offer One-time, Bi-weekly, Monthly, and Paid in Full for the Growing Season.
For Landscaping Projects
We will schedule a time to come and see the services you are needing.
A written estimate will be emailed for customers approval
Once the bid is approved and accepted we will send you an invoice.
In order to place your project in our schedule we require a deposit to be made. The deposit covers the cost of materials and supplies that will help us get started promptly and ensure everything is prepared for the work.
Once the deposit is received, we’ll be able to finalize the project timeline and begin scheduling the work accordingly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards and Zelle. Our preferred method is Zelle.
Returned checks will incur a $30 fee. Lawn care services will be paused until account is paid in full.
What is your weather policy for scheduled services?
We plan our weekly schedule by checking the forecast. If rain is expected on your scheduled service day, we will communicate with you and try to reschedule your service for a different day the same week.
What is your refund policy?
We are committed to earning your trust and keeping it. If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with results please immediately tells us so that we can correct it. You can learn about our refund policy here.
How can I add this to my already scheduled services?
If you are already receiving services from us you can call or email us and we will provide you with a quote.
We can then add it to your reoccurring lawn maintenance service on your scheduled day.
How much does it cost?
Every yard is unique. When you fill out our quote form we take into consideration location, number of dogs, size of yard, frequency and whether you use us for biweekly/weekly lawn care services.
Customers who enroll in our weekly or bi-weekly lawn care services will benefit from an exclusive discounted rate.
Existing customer are eligible to receive the discounted rate when they choose our weekly or bi-weekly lawn care services.
What is included in this service?
You will receive an email and/or text when services are scheduled.
Service provider will walk the areas requested to receive clean up services.
You're invoice will include details of the work completed.
We use organic kennel grade disinfectant to spray equipment to prevent spread of germs/illnesses to other pets.
Depending on your location and the local regulations, we will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can or double bag it and place it in an area you designate.
